BOISE, Idaho (AP) — The Navy wants to store spent nuclear fuel at the Idaho National Laboratory. The Navy says it’s building a number of new nuclear power craft and needs to build a new facility at the laboratory to refuel the aircraft carriers and submarines. An environmental impact statement for the project is in the works.
