EASTERN IDAHO – You could be paying more for electricity if Rocky Mountain Power’s request for a fee increase gets approved. The utility has asked the Idaho Public Utilities Commission for a 1.8 percent fee increase for residential, commercial, and irrigation customers in eastern Idaho. Last year, a 2 percent increase was approved. You can read the proposal at the Rocky Mountain Power offices in Preston, Montpelier, Shelley and Rexburg.
