BOISE, Idaho (AP) — Boise State’s quarterback has been arrested and charged with a pair of misdemeanors. The Idaho Press-Tribune reports 20-year-old sophomore quarterback Ryan Finley was arrested yesterday on charges of being a minor in possession of alcohol and resisting or obstructing officers. Finley was the perceived leader to start for the Broncos as quarterback this fall.
