(BOISE) – A resolution asking the federal government to enforce national drug laws will not move forward in Idaho. The anti-marijuana resolution was voted down by Senators Monday, after concern it was a contradiction to other efforts to ensure the sovereignty of Idahoans. But a bill declaring the state’s opposition to marijuana use in any form will move forward.
