(IDAHO FALLS) – A woman wanted by Idaho Falls Police for 17 years has turned herself in. 40-year-old Lisa Marie Arthur had been living in Colorado since failing to appear in a Bonneville County court in 1995 for charges of lewd conduct with a minor. Last month, she turned herself in saying she needed to clear the outstanding warrant so she could get professional certification as a nurse. The victim, who is now 33 years old, denied the two had a relationship and the charge was amended to misdemeanor battery. The woman was sentenced to one year of unsupervised probation.
