RULES AND REGULATIONS
No purchase is necessary to win. Void where prohibited. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Rich Broadcasting is the sponsor of this contest. Rich Broadcasting will have complete judging and management authority with regard to the contest, including the authority to appoint judges for the contest.
The Grand Prize is a 2012 Nissan Cube.
The contest begins at 6:00am Monday, June 4th, 2012 and continues until approx. 1:00 pm on Saturday, July 21st 2012.
How to enter:
215 qualifiers will be randomly chosen from all entries to participate in the contest. Qualifiers will be chosen as follows:
Live broadcasts & sales events: listeners will be invited to join stations at specific 1 hour live broadcasts to enter. Locations will be announced on Facebook, station websites and on-air. 5 qualifiers will be chosen at each live broadcast with 1 contestant being chosen as a qualifier in 10 minute intervals.
105 total qualifiers (35 qualifiers from Star 98, 35 from River Country, 35 from 94.9 The Rock)
Station websites: each station website will feature an on line entry form. Qualifiers will be chosen at random and notified by email.
40 total qualifiers ( 5 from Star98, 5 from River Country, 5 From The Rock, 5 from KIDAM, 5 from EZRock, 15 from RadioPandemic)
On-air: listeners will be required to be the 3rd caller to the station upon hearing a cue-to-call play on that station. 1 qualifier will be chosen each week day for 10 days.
50 total qualifiers (10 qualifiers from Star98, 10 from River Country, 10 from The Rock, 10 from KIDAM, 10 from EZRock)
Sponsor location: Listeners can register to win a qualifying spot at additional sponsor locations. These locations will be announced on Facebook, station websites and on-air. These qualifiers will be drawn on Saturday, July 14th ( 1 week prior to Grand Prize Give away) and notified by phone. (5 additional qualifiers)
Day of event: 15 Additional qualifiers will be chosen from on-site entries day of Grand Prize Giveaway, July 21st 2012.
Each qualifier will be given a magnetic hand with their name on it to place on the 2012 Nissan Cube, a copy of the rules and a personal invitation to the Grand Prize Giveaway event. Their name will also be placed on the Master List of qualifiers.
THE MAGNETIC HAND BEARING THE NAME OF EACH QUALIFIER WILL BE PLACED ON THE 2012 Nissan Cube.

Grand Prize Giveaway:
Grand Prize Giveaway will begin at 11:00 am 12:00 pm on Saturday, July 21st, 2012. Contest will be held at Pocatello Nissan Kia, 300 North 5th St, Pocatello, Idaho.
All qualifiers must check in with a Rich Broadcasting representative between 10 & 10:30am on Saturday, July 21 2012 at Pocatello Nissan Kia.
Qualifiers must be present at the contest location at 11:00 am on July 21st, 2012. Those who are not present forfeit any claim to participate and will be disqualified.
Upon check in all qualifiers must provide proof of Identification, personal invitation, signed copy of winner affidavit of eligibility and liability.
Names of all qualifiers who have checked in will be placed in a drawing receptacle. As qualifier’s name is drawn they will remove the magnetic hand with their name on it from the vehicle.
Qualifier’s names will drawn in reverse order until only 1 remains to determine the winner of the 2012 Nissan Kia.
Eligibility Requirements and Restriction:
Contestants must be at least 18 years of age by June 4 , 2012 to participate. All contestants must have a valid United States driver’s license and must have proof of auto insurance.
A representative of Rich Broadcasting will determine the logistics of delivery of the prize to the winner.
Persons who are ineligible to win prizes or participate in contests include: (a) Rich Broadcasting employees and their parents, spouses, children, siblings and roommates, (b) employees of advertising agencies that conduct business with Rich Broadcasting; (c) employees of participating sponsors and promotional partners, and (d) persons employed by radio stations within the Idaho area.
Contest participants agree that Rich Broadcasting and contest sponsors have the right to use the name, voice or likeness of contest participants and winners for promotional and advertising purposes without compensation.
Rich Broadcasting will not disclose or sell participant personal information to parties that are not affiliated with Rich Broadcasting.
No purchase is necessary. Purchase does not increase odds of winning.
Chance of winning depends on the number of eligible contest participants and entries.
Total Prize value will range between $25 and $19,865. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash or other merchandise. Prizes are not transferable.
Prize will be awarded in the form of items and/or services.
Winners are responsible for federal, state and local taxes and fees if applicable, including license, title, vehicle registration, and transfer fees. Any person winning over $600 in cumulative prizes within a calendar year will receive an IRS form 1099 and a copy of such form will be filed with the IRS.
Rich Broadcasting reserves the right to require contest winners to sign a liability release prior to acceptance and receiving of any prize awarded by station.
By participating, each contest participant waives any and all claims of liability against Rich Broadcasting, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and contest sponsors for any damage or personal injury or loss which may occur from participation in the contest or from the use of prizes awarded by Rich Broadcasting.
Contestants are required to provide truthful information and must adhere to rules of entry. Rich Broadcasting will reject any entry that the station discovers to be false.
Rich Broadcasting reserves the right to disqualify any participant attempting to tamper with the contest entry process.
Rich Broadcasting reserves the right to substitute contest prizes with other prizes of approximately equivalent value.
Rich Broadcasting reserves the right to cancel or modify contest and contest rules at any time.
The Station reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend a promotion, game or contest should a virus, bug, computer or other problem beyond the control of the Station corrupt the administration, security or proper execution of any Internet promotion, game or contest, or the Internet portion of any promotion, game or contest. The Station, in its sole discretion, may award prizes to entries received by alternate means. Decisions of the Station/Judges are final.
Station is not responsible for Internet service outage, computer difficulty or other technical issues.
