(BOISE) – An investigation into Bingham Memorial Hospital has been opened by the Idaho Attorney General’s Office. Spokesman Bob Cooper said the decision came in response to a request from Bingham County Prosecutor Scott Andrew, who sent a letter to the AG’s office stating he was concerned that an outside entity needed to conduct the investigation to avoid the appearance of a conflict of interest.
