(BLACKFOOT) – The ex-wife of the Blackfoot man who fired shots and led police on a high-speed chase is speaking out. Britney Andrus said she divorced Jeremy Andrus in November and they share custody of their children. She tells Local News 8 that Jeremy Andrus showed up at her parents’ house with a gun Wednesday. She says he had threatened to take her kids from her before. The 30-year-old fired shots outside the home and led police on a chase into Bannock County before being apprehended. Officials say his mental health is being evaluated at a local hospital.
