(IDAHO FALLS) – The job outlook for college graduates is still competitive but economists say it’s also improving. Idaho Department of Labor officials say there are 33 applicants for every job. Economist Will Jenson spoke to Local News 8 that the economic climate isn’t perfect but is getting better. The fields with the best prospects are engineering, business and accounting. The National Association of Colleges and Employers shows that businesses plan to hire 10 percent more new graduates than last year.
