Rexburg Police Investigate Campaign Sign Thefts

(REXBURG) – Snatched campaign signs are being investigated in Madison County. Dozens of political signs have been stolen from local lawns, Madison County detective Mike Courtney tells Local News 8, most of the signs are those of incumbent county commissioner Kimber Ricks. And at up to $5 per sign, the costs add up. Each stolen sign is a separate act of theft and officers say they are investigating but do not believe any candidates are behind the thefts.
