(IDAHO FALLS) – Police arrested a 27-year-old Jefferson County man for led conduct with a child. Austin Quinn Rinehart was arrested Friday for allegedly having a sexual relationship a girl when she was between the ages of 12 and 14. Rinehart remains in the Bonneville County Jail.
