(BOISE) – A bill that would ban new wind energy projects for two years has been reintroduced in an Idaho House committee.  Republican Rep. Erik Simpson of Idaho Falls says the bill would temporarily halt the wind energy industry, which he says has generated backlash from property owners and power companies.
