Rick Santorum’s two appearances on Tuesday in the Gem State. Gov. Mitt Romney is scheduled to appear Friday. The arrival of three candidates is just what the Idaho Republican Party was hoping for when it scheduled the state’s first-ever caucus for Super Tuesday March 6.
