(IDAHO FALLS) – Four violations in less than three months at the Idaho National Lab are “indications of an increasingly negative trend” according to officials. The four incidents occurred between mid-November and the end of January. Though no one was seriously hurt in the incidents,  INL officials say the events are unacceptable and could have resulted in injuries.
