(TWIN FALLS COUNTY) – One man is dead and another is under arrest in Twin Falls. On Sunday, police responded to a possible car crash and found one man in the driver’s seat and another lying in the roadway with apparent gun shot wounds. Police have not released any of the names of those involved in the incident and an investigation is continuing.
