(BOISE) – A federal judge has ruled that the U.S. Bureau of Land Management violated federal laws by allowing grazing on Idaho lands without analyzing how the grazing could harm sage grouse. The Western Watersheds Project plans to challenge other BLM grazing allotments spread across southern Idaho.
