(IDAHO FALLS) – Missing: 193 pieces of pipe from the Idaho Falls Water Department. The pipes’ value is about $8,000 but police say their recycling value is low so they aren’t sure of a motive.  Recycling specialist Mike Denning tells the Post Register if the bandit took the pipes to recycle as scrap metal he’ll be disappointed.
