(BOISE) – The Idaho Supreme Court has thrown out a lawsuit by the state Republican Party whose leaders were trying to fire their appointees to the state’s redistricting commission. On Wednesday, the justices found the Republican officials failed to show they had the right to dismiss Randy Hansen and Dolores Crow. The commission reconvenes today to come up with a plan to redraw the state’s legislative districts.
