(IDAHO FALLS) – An Idaho Falls man being sought for a shooting near the White House has been arrested in Pennsylvania. Secret Service agents arrested 21-year-old Oscar Ortega-Hernandez yesterday after a hotel employee recognized him. Officers had found a round in a White House window after the shooting and were concerned that Ortega-Hernandez, who may be mentally ill, was a threat to the President. He remains in custody. The Post Register spoke to the man’s mother who said her son does not have a history of mental illness. Maria Hernandez said her son is not capable of doing something like this on his own.
