BOISE, Idaho (AP) — The NCAA has reinstated a Boise State defensive lineman who served a six-game suspension for taking more than $13,000 in improper benefits before and after enrolling at the university. NCAA officials announced the decision yesterday in the case of Ricky Tjong-A-Tjoe (TONG-ah-joh). The Idaho Statesman first reported he is eligible to play Saturday when the No. 5 Broncos take on Air Force.
